Who Can Join

By accessing Top Jackpot Lotto, you confirm you're at least 18 and a legal resident of Australia. Identity must be confirmed using official Australian documentation. Incomplete or unverifiable profiles may be restricted. Due to regional laws, some Australian cities such as Darwin or Cairns may face access limitations. Providing truthful personal info is necessary for payouts and taxation.

Ticket Sales

All ticket transactions are conclusive and cannot be reversed per Australian regulations. Tickets are valid for up to 12 months following the draw, per Queensland Lottery legislation. Claims must be made within 7 years of the draw. We hold the right to reject or reverse suspicious payments, in line with local financial laws.

Claiming Rewards

Winnings above $5,000 require identity validation and relevant documentation under ATO policy. All prizes are paid via bank transfer to Australian financial institutions only. Tax obligations will be applied in accordance with national law. Unclaimed rewards beyond 7 years are contributed to certified charities across Australia.

Accepted Payments

We allow major Australian debit/credit cards and select e-wallet platforms. External processors must comply with AUSTRAC standards. Excessive failed payments can result in temporary account blocks. Daily funding caps align with national gambling safety guidelines. All transactions are completed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Restricted Conduct

Using bots or unauthorized tools to buy entries or alter results is strictly forbidden. Group participation must adhere to Australian syndicate regulations. Bypassing geographic restrictions, including using VPNs in areas like Hobart or Alice Springs, breaches this agreement. Fraudulent activity will be escalated to the Australian Cyber Security Centre.

Liability Restrictions

Top Jackpot Lotto bears no responsibility for technical disruptions that prevent purchases, under Australia’s consumer protection acts. Our responsibility is capped at the value of the entry or prize, as per ACT civil law. We are not accountable for indirect damages. Service may be paused during natural disasters or emergency events beyond our control.

Closing Your Profile

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or Australian legislation without prior notice. If you're listed in the national self-exclusion program, reactivation isn’t possible. Accounts inactive for two years will be closed and remaining funds donated to Gambling Help Australia. You may request closure through our support team based in Australia.

Legal Oversight

These terms align with the laws of South Australia and are guided by national consumer legislation. Any disputes must be submitted to courts in Adelaide unless other jurisdictions apply. The South Australian Gambling Authority will intervene in unresolved matters. We adhere to all relevant federal and state-level gaming laws.

Policy Updates

We may revise this agreement to reflect legal or operational updates. Significant modifications will be announced via email at least 30 days ahead. Continued platform use means you accept the new version. Past terms can be provided upon request to meet Australian audit standards. Please revisit this page for the latest version.
